As the son of Adam and Genivieve (Wojtusiak) Organek, he was inspired by a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. These values guided him through his education at Vinal Regional Technical School, where he graduated as a machinist in 1958. Shortly thereafter, Edward enlisted in the U.S. Navy Reserves, an experience that shaped his disciplined, solution-oriented approach to challenges. Upon completing his service, Edward began his career at Sabar Industries in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Here, he completed an intensive apprenticeship program, mastering the intricacies of machining and developing a reputation as a detail-oriented professional. His skills and dedication soon positioned him as a valuable asset in the growing field of precision manufacturing. In 1975, Edward joined Protomold Plastics, also located in Rocky Hill. As Vice President, he played a pivotal role in managing operations, fine-tuning designs, and collaborating with clients to deliver innovative solutions. While still in school, he began working part-time at Protomold Plastics, where he completed his apprenticeship. At Protomold, Edward Jr. demonstrated a natural talent for understanding complex designs and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality solutions. In 1980, Edward Jr. joined Precision Plastic Products, Inc. as Vice President, stepping into a pivotal role in the company’s growth and development. From an early age, Matthew was immersed in the business, gaining firsthand experience in precision machining, quality control, and production operations. His deep-rooted connection to the company and passion for engineering and technology have made him instrumental in modernizing processes and expanding capabilities at PPP. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Matthew attended Vinal Technical High School, where he studied Machine Tool Technology. His education provided him with a strong foundation in machining, tooling, and manufacturing principles, which he further developed through hands-on experience working at Precision Plastic Products during summers and after school. These early experiences solidified his technical expertise and taught him the value of craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving. To expand his knowledge beyond injection molding, Matthew joined Deep River Plastics, which later became Smith & Wesson, in Deep River, Connecticut. Over a six-year tenure, he worked in various roles, combining his manufacturing expertise with IT systems management. While at Smith & Wesson, he contributed to the M&P (Military & Police) line, ensuring the precision, quality, and reliability of critical firearm components. His role included collaborating with engineers, refining production processes, and implementing IT solutions to enhance efficiency. In 2007, Matthew returned to Precision Plastic Products as Quality Manager, bringing a unique blend of manufacturing and IT expertise. He implemented advanced quality control systems, optimized inspection protocols, and led continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the company’s high standards across medical, military, aerospace, and custom applications. In addition to overseeing quality assurance, Matthew took on the role of IT Manager, developing and maintaining custom software solutions to optimize workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve operational efficiency. His ability to integrate modern technology with traditional manufacturing practices has been instrumental in keeping Precision Plastic Products competitive in an evolving industry. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Matthew remains dedicated to mentoring employees, fostering innovation, and preserving the company’s legacy. Magdalena Organek: Championing Human Resources
Magdalena Organek brings a unique and global perspective to her role as Human Resources Representative at Precision Plastic Products, Inc. Growing up in Lublin, Poland, she developed a strong sense of community and resilience, values that have shaped her career and leadership style. With an extensive background in psychology and clinical therapy, Magdalena applies her expertise to fostering a positive and productive work environment at PPP. Magdalena earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Catholic University of Lublin, Poland, in 2003 and later completed a postgraduate degree in Marriage and Family Studies in 2004. After moving to the United States, she pursued further education at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), earning a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. She became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in 2010. Before joining PPP, Magdalena gained extensive experience in clinical psychology, mental health treatment, and substance abuse rehabilitation. She worked as Clinician III at Rushford Center in Middletown, CT, providing therapy for individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. She also served as a Clinician III at Wheeler Clinic in New Britain, CT, specializing in trauma recovery for women with severe mental health challenges. Additionally, she worked at a psychiatric hospital in Lublin, Poland, treating long-term patients with complex mental health and substance abuse conditions. Her background in psychology and therapy provides her with a unique ability to support employees, mediate workplace challenges, and foster an inclusive and supportive company culture. Magdalena is fluent in both Polish and English, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of individuals and enhance communication within the organization.
